Affiliate program terms

The operating rules for RidePop creators and referral partners, including attribution, commissions, disclosures, brand use, and payouts.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Joining the program

These terms apply when you join or promote RidePop through its affiliate program. You must provide accurate signup and payout information, be legally able to receive commissions, and comply with the rules that apply to advertising in the places where you publish. RidePop may accept, decline, suspend, or remove an affiliate at its discretion.

Commission and attribution

The launch campaign pays 30% of the qualifying amount from a referred customer's first successful RidePop purchase. Referral links use a 60-day attribution window, and affiliate promo codes can also identify a referral. PromoteKit and Stripe records determine attribution. Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and self-referrals.

Payouts

Eligible commissions are generated on Net-30 terms once the affiliate reaches the USD $50 minimum payout. Payout timing can be delayed while a refund, chargeback, identity, tax, or fraud issue is reviewed. Affiliates are responsible for their payout-provider fees, tax reporting, and any taxes due on their earnings.

Required disclosures

Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you promote RidePop. The disclosure must be easy to see and understand before a customer acts on the recommendation. Complimentary portraits, products, discounts, or other benefits supplied by RidePop must also be disclosed.

Promotion rules

Do not use spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims, fake reviews, coupon-site posting, or incentives that RidePop has not approved. Do not bid on RidePop, Ride Pop, or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search; impersonate RidePop; register lookalike domains or social accounts; or present yourself as a RidePop employee. Do not make promises about delivery, refunds, product availability, or image results beyond the current information published by RidePop.

Brand assets and content

RidePop grants active affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use approved RidePop names, logos, links, and campaign assets only to promote RidePop. Do not alter the logo, imply endorsement by a vehicle manufacturer, or use customer photos and artwork without permission. RidePop may ask for outdated or unsuitable material to be corrected or removed.

Changes and termination

RidePop may change campaign rates, discounts, attribution rules, or these terms as the program develops. New terms apply after they are published or otherwise communicated. Either party may end the relationship at any time. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable, but RidePop may withhold or reverse amounts linked to prohibited conduct, fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.

Independent relationship

Affiliates are independent promoters, not RidePop employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and affiliates cannot make commitments on RidePop's behalf.
