Refund policy

RidePop is built around free previews before purchase. Once a customer pays, we aim to fix clear problems quickly and keep refund decisions practical and fair.

Free previews

Free preview submissions do not require payment. If we cannot produce a useful preview, there is no charge and no refund is needed.

Digital products

Digital orders unlock final files after payment. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, completed digital orders are usually not refundable. If the delivered file is missing, corrupted, or clearly does not match the selected preview because of a RidePop error, contact support and we will provide a corrected file or a refund.

Premium polish

Premium polish is not currently available for checkout. When it returns, its refund rules will be shown before purchase.

Physical products

Sticker and poster products are paused while their print files, cutlines, sizing, and QA process are still being proven. They are not currently available for checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a delivered digital file is missing, corrupted, or clearly incorrect because of a RidePop error, contact support with your order ID and a short description of the issue.

Customer upload mistakes

We cannot guarantee refunds for mistakes caused by incorrect customer details, low-quality photos, wrong vehicle information, or late change requests after final digital artwork has been unlocked.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary by provider.
