Refund policy

Free preview submissions do not require payment. If we cannot produce a useful preview, there is no charge and no refund is needed.

Digital orders unlock final files after payment. Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, completed digital orders are usually not refundable. If the delivered file is missing, corrupted, or clearly does not match the selected preview because of a RidePop error, contact support and we will provide a corrected file or a refund.

Purchased render credits are added to your account immediately, so render packs are generally not refundable once any of the pack's credits have been spent. If a purchase was made in error and the credits are untouched, contact support within 14 days and we will refund it.

Premium polish is not currently available for checkout. When it returns, its refund rules will be shown before purchase.

Posters and stickers are printed on demand from your selected render, so completed physical orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for printing and are not refundable for change of mind. If a print arrives damaged, defective, or clearly wrong because of a RidePop or printing error, we replace it free — contact support with your order ID and a photo. Formats not yet available for checkout are shown as coming soon.

If a delivered digital file is missing or corrupted, or a physical print arrives damaged or clearly incorrect because of a RidePop error, contact support with your order ID, a short description, and a photo for physical items.

We cannot guarantee refunds for mistakes caused by incorrect customer details, low-quality photos, wrong vehicle information, or late change requests after final digital artwork has been unlocked.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary by provider.
