Privacy policy

RidePop is an MVP, so the policy is intentionally direct: we collect only what is needed to produce, sell, support, and improve custom vehicle artwork.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

What we collect

RidePop collects the information needed to create and deliver custom vehicle artwork: your email address, vehicle details, uploaded photos, style choices, order selections, change notes, and support messages. Uploaded photos may include visible plates, accessories, locations, or other details you choose to send us. We also store a random anonymous analytics identifier in your browser and record page paths, referral hosts, campaign tags, and affiliate referral identifiers; analytics events exclude email addresses, access links, upload notes, and prompts.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. RidePop receives payment status, product, amount, currency, Stripe session identifiers, and payment intent identifiers. We do not receive or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank login details.

How we use information

We use your information to create previews, complete paid artwork, deliver downloads, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and understand which product formats are working. Google Ads measurement records campaign visits and completed purchases using campaign identifiers, order value, currency, and a transaction ID so we can evaluate advertising performance. PromoteKit records affiliate referral identifiers and receives the Stripe purchase details needed to attribute sales and calculate commissions. RidePop does not send customer email addresses to Google Ads for enhanced-conversion matching. We may use anonymized operational data to improve the service.

Storage and access

Uploads and artwork files are stored in private Supabase storage and are served through time-limited signed links. Order and job records are stored in Supabase. The app runs on Vercel. Access is limited to RidePop operators and service providers who need it to run the service.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We share information with service providers that help run RidePop, including hosting, database, storage, payment, email, analytics, affiliate attribution, and future fulfillment providers. We may share information if required for legal, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

Retention and deletion

We keep job and order information while it is needed to deliver the service, handle corrections, resolve disputes, and maintain basic business records. You can request deletion of uploaded vehicle photos and unused artwork files through support. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Children

RidePop is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support and we will review it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows, especially when adding automated generation, print-on-demand fulfillment, new analytics, or account features. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
